Unfortunately, we decided not to eat these ones as we’ve spotted a couple of rats in the area they were placed. They were probably also attracted to the grains in the substrate. 😬 I recorded this last month and placed the broken up spent blocks under some straw, kept it moist, and got more pink oyster 🍄🍄.
