Makes three loaves or one 13×9 pan. 3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs 1 cup sugar (1 1/2 cups for sweeter bread)
3 cups diced apples, any variety Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Combine and cut ingredients in a bowl with a pastry knife or fork until clumpy. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 45 minutes until top of bread is golden brown or when toothpick comes out clean.
