🌱You can use Himalayan or sea salt. We use 1-1/2 to 2 cups chopped chives packed down and 1 cup salt. You can try less salt to your preference. 🌱Purée and spread onto a pan lined with parchment paper. To dry, bake at the lowest setting for 2-4 hours. Drying time will vary depending on oven and how thick the purée is. Check every 20-30 minutes after the first hour. Ours took 3.5 hours and left it in the oven overnight. 🌱Blend dried pieces in a food processor into granule form. Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry, and cool place. Use within 6-12 months. It will keep indefinitely, but the chives will lose its flavor overtime.
