This recipe is for a cold pack canning method or refrigerator pickles. Make sure to sterilize the jars before use. This will keep in the refrigerator for about 6 months. Pickled garlic scapes are great in salads, as pizza toppings, and on charcuterie boards, and are delicious on their own. This is for an 18 oz. Jar. Bring ingredients to a boil until sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour into the jar leaving about half to one-inch headspace. Place lid loosely and allow to cool at room temperature.
